Austrian art collectors and owners Robert and Edda Kofler brought together a crack team including Uruguayan architect Álvaro Pérez Azar, who, besides drawing up the blueprints, sourced and restored local vintage pieces of furniture, and legendary American Light and Space artist James Turrell, who unveiled South America’s first freestanding Skyspace installation in November 2021.
